(July 26, 2017, 11:38 am)I joined CFC about 2 months ago in hopes of finding a new workout routine and I found exactly that and so much more. I could not have asked for a more supportive and patient group of athletes and coaches that have made me feel so welcome from day one. Everyday is a challenge and a realization that I can do more than I thought I could. I am so grateful to be a part of this family!
