Helped me get a phone warranty vs selling me a new phone. Went back and received great service and got me going in no time. Great customer service from the young woman that helped me.

My phone broke last minute before a road trip. I had to go in and get a new phone/upgrade. The employee that assisted me — Mo, was super polite, respectful, customer service-oriented and very good at his job. We experienced some issues getting set up, but he was an excellent problem solver and handled everything smoothly. Honestly made my day a whole lot less stressful. He was the difference maker in my experience today & I thank him.

Sales representative Sosthene was AMAZING! I came to the store very frustrated because my phone was stolen. Sosthene was able to listen to my concern without interrupting and gave me a sense of piece but providing exceptional customer service. I’m very satisfied with AT&T service and I walked out the store happy.
