Landmark at Auburn Lakes Apartments

I had to come on here and rave about Noehmy Gerson and her absolutely wonderful attitude and tour she gave my client and I the other day. Noehmy was kind, energetic, informative and very professional! She stayed on top of all communication with my client and listened to her needs when choosing a home. My client did lease here and Noehmy played a huge part in that. The property is very well kept and the units we viewed all looked wonderful. Thank you all so so much!! Amazing place to live. Maggie is the absolute bestest, and Aaron is always so patient with my questions,I haven’t had the pleasure of speaking with Noehmy or property manager Stephanie but i know they are also great. I have not had to put in many work orders but the few i have maintenance has been so quick to take care of anything needed Michael made sure everything was good to go. I am in love with my apartment, the inside and out love hosting my friends for dinner and just overall so happy here, I definitely plan to continue living here as long as my work allows me to. Thank you to the office staff for always being attentive and quick with all updates! Thank you guys for all you do!💕

absolutely adore the staff absolutely ADORE my apartment. the community is clean & maintenance team is ON IT!! Stephanie especially is super sweet and ACTUALLY cares and respects the residents here i think i’m going to be beyond happy here! loving it! IM in love with my new apartment. 10/10.

Landmark at Auburn lakes has been our home for 2 years. Our experience has been a positive one!
The office staff is always so welcoming , and are quick to help with any issues you might have. Some examples: helping with an air vent filter, a bandaid for my young kiddo, helping me find a lost package, or even needing a document printed, they have always been so wonderful and go above and beyond!! ❤️
The maintenance guys are quick and efficient and always a friendly presence.
The amenities of the gym and pool are so great especially for families. I've enjoyed meeting neighbors and feeling like I'm among a good and safe community.
I have seen the theift, but over the last 6+ months it's been non existent. They work really hard to be proactive with it , and communicate with all tenants. It's important to understand there is only so much they are able to do in those situations, and theift occurs every where.
There is a yard keeper who makes sure the grass is clean and picked up, and they stay in top of watering, mowing and blowing entryways.

They also have pest control, which I think Is a huge plus living in Texas!

I almost forgot to mention !! The interiors are beautiful!! I love the white and grey color scheme in the kitchen. The bathtubs are incredible and so huge! The ceilings are high so they are especially nice for large decorations or big Christmas trees. The AC is powerful for the Texas heat.

Overall I am so happy with our experience here! ❤️ And are looking forward to another lease renewal!
