Definitely a hidden gem! If you have not checked this gym out,do yourself a favor and go... like now! The energy in this gym is very lively and the people there are amazing. if you are a new to the gym, i recommend starting here. Eric and John really make you feel like a part of this gym. They have an awesome training staff that are actually knowledgeable and not just commercial trainers trying to take your money. Im really thankful I found this place.

Best gym in the Houston area! The energy, the staff are all amazing. Unlike anything around. You want an all around great gym you have to try this place out! I get the best workouts and I like how it has an indoor/ outdoor area. One workout there and I was hooked!

Love the vibe and the variety of equipment. I've been able to train while recovering from injury just fine with the specific pieces found here.

One of the best gyms, they have plenty of different machines all to target different areas. This gym has two disconnected facilities adjacent to each other, whenever the cables or benches were taken up, you can always go to the other facility. The 24/7 feature was perfect for me as I would workout after 10:00 PM and frequently past midnight especially during Ramadan. The prices are reasonable and offer discounts for teachers, military, and students.

I loved this gym! I started going here in March of last year and it really helped me get into my fitness journey. Everyone is nice and the equipment is amazing. I was so sad when I had to move for work and had to cancel my membership. It was super easy as well. Super affordable. Truly an amazing team working there.
