(December 13, 2016, 5:48 pm)This week our dog decided that the a/c unit was fair game. I called Comfort Air Systems and Craig, the owner himself, came out to diagnose our issue. It turns out there wasn't any real damage just superficial wounds to some wiring and the wiring had been pulled loose from the wire nut inside the unit. He taped everything up, reattached the wire and was on his way. He was very professional, showed up within the expected time frame, and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone needing air conditioning or heating work.

They coordinated with our tenants to get the unit installed and provided very professional service. I highly recommend them and I still call with questions about HVAC units in our main home.

Craig explained the situation and didn't add any unnecessary repairs. They fixed just what needed to be fixed and the cost was very reasonable.
