  My laptop decided it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. In a near panic I contacted Deskside Computer Repair. They were very patient, friendly and understanding. They were able to recover my data to a jump drive and install a new hard drive with all my files intact. One thing that I really appreciate is everything was explained to me in plain English!! Highly recommend this business!!

  I needed a bigger hard drive on my cheapy laptop, it was running super slow, literally had 2gb of space available. Associate was knowledgeable and friendly. He told me the benefits of installing a bigger hard drive without trying to sell me on the most expensive one, he took time to figure out what I used the computer for and explained what would work best for me. He also used words I could understand, he didn't through a bunch of tech jargon at me. The price for services and products were extremely fair. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fix without fearing high prices and pressure sales.
