  Our Home Warranty referred our claim to Mitchell's Mechanical when our A/C conked on Tuesday Aug 9, 2016, which if you recall our area was under a heat advisory! I was so panicked to get someone to come and fix us up because it was unbearable in our house — Mitchell's said they would be there Wednesday, the next day, but as it got later and later, I was sure they were going to blow me off.
  
  But no, at 6 p.m. I heard from the tech who was on the South side of Houston but making his way to us, God bless him. He arrived around 7 and by 7:30 had us up and running again! I was never so grateful.
  
  In the past contractors have been in no hurry to help when they're sent by the home warranty people -- I suppose because they're working at a discount to get the home warranty work, and all they're getting from us is the $65 check for the service call. But Mitchell's took great care of us, on the same day they promised. We had a very good experience. Thanks Mitchell's.
