(February 15, 2020, 10:08 am)First time to use this service and every aspect of the operation worked as advertised. I requested a Monday pick up with instructions to pick items up from the porch. Two large and heavy bags were picked up and put into a marked van, returned sometime Thursday. (Note I was told their driver was in my neighborhood on Mondays and Thursday but you can pick up earlier.).Items were returned in separate shrink wrapped packages In the laundry bags we provided.
Positive experience overall. Will use again.

(November 10, 2019, 9:01 am)I love the home delivery and pickup. I don’t send clothes to the cleaners that often but they still drive by my house every week to see if the orange bag is outside. That is awesome.
