(January 26, 2020, 12:32 pm)This place was my first yoga session and it was amazing. I felt like the moves were very empowering but also relaxing. The breathing and the moves were all connected. Nickie was the instructor that day. Her voice was also very soothing which really helped me get in a peaceful state. Her poses were doable for beginners and she also invites challenging poses if the students could follow. Her vibe was really chill also. All of the people that worked there were very nice and very welcoming. Keep up the good work y'all. God bless
(October 11, 2019, 4:19 pm)Love this place! Really nice studio, the owners and instructors make you feel right at home. After just one session of Hot yoga I felt so refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!
(August 14, 2019, 8:16 pm)I love this place! The owners are fabulous people, always very welcoming. All of the classes I have taken have been amazing and the instructors wonderful! I have been to most of their evening and Saturday classes (sometimes back-to-back) and haven’t found a class or instructor I didn’t like. Some are very restorative and some very active, all are challenging and all have me going back for more!
(July 13, 2019, 12:12 am)This place is awesome. All of the teachers that I've met so far have been incredibly friendly and super cool. Really nice studio too, super clean and modern. But what stood out the most was the "community" vibes I got from everyone. They remembered my name immediately, everyone was getting along and laughing like we had all been friends forever, and we had just met. Super dope. ????????
