(October 10, 2018, 4:21 pm)An update. I must say. Things have turned out rather well. I am obligated, sheerly by the will of doing the right things when people do the right things by me. To thank Mr. Kurt for a superb effort in making what was purely a brief oversight right, in flying colors.
I returned my professional string trimmer which he recently repaired and remained unreliable to KY Engine on Spring School Road. Mr. Kurt, without the customary 'ahems' and 'uh-huhs' of the mechanical servicing capitals of the world that we are all familiar with — gladly accepted the returned trimmer on two successive occasions with renewed commitments to make the issues right.
He has done so and my machine is now in awesome running condition. With the bonus that he repaired a few nuisance items that were not within the scope of our original negotiation.
As difficult as some merchants often are at reaching amicable solutions, I am grateful I have found one in the very useful industry of small engine repairs.
