A Couple of Vets

Where do I even begin? First, in August 2022, I moved to Houston with my two fur babies. Finding a good vet was one of my top priorities. After two unsuccessful attempts to find a vet who met my high standards (my fur babies' health is just as important as mine), I conducted extensive research and discovered "A Couple of Vets!" This is where the adage "three times a charm!" comes into play. Dr. Reynolds and his staff not only met, but EXCEEDED my expectations!! The entire experience, from the initial phone call to schedule a last-minute appointment for one of my fur babies who had a UTI and ultimately required surgery to remove bladder stones, to the visit with Dr. Reynolds, was EXCEPTIONAL!! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous, and Dr. Reynolds patiently and carefully explained everything from the thorough test results to the diagnosis and treatment. It was like speaking with a family friend. I felt completely at ease, and if you're an overprotective dog mom like me, you'll understand why. My baby was in good hands with Dr. Reynolds and his practice. We've finally found our forever home-vet!! THIS VET IS AMAZING!!!

Dr Reynolds goes above and beyond for our baby dog Sasha. She has a back condition, and re- injured herself late last night…. he made sure to see her/ fit her in last minute, right before his Christmas vacation. Gave her meds in an iv and the treatment she needed asap!
Gave us complete peace of mind over this long, four day holiday weekend.

Dr. Le and Dr. Reynolds and all of the team at A Couple of Vets are simply wonderful. My cat is not a pleasant one when she’s at the vet, but they always take great care of her and never shame me about her behavior. They’ve helped diagnose and treat many issues with my cat, and they go above and beyond. They really do care about your pets! I wish I’d found them sooner.

Wow Highly recommend. it started with the front desk. Cheerful polite knowledgeable and helpful. Happy that it's easy to call and reach someone at the office (I've had problems with other places in the past Never answering) . They treated my dog with kindness and compassion. I didn't feel rushed and I like that the doctor took the time to give me a cost breakdown of what he would recommend and then spent time going over the different items answering any questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything and the prices seemed very reasonable. This will definitely be my vet from now on. I'm so happy and impressed.

I could not be happier with the service at A Couple Of Vets. I have been to many veterinarians in the Spring/Woodlands area. We can all agree there are vets out there that just want your money, give you things you don’t need, or charge you an arm and a leg and refer you to someone else. NOT HERE! I have finally found a place that’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly caring of my pets. The prices are great. There was one time whenever my pet I had just adopted was having issues so he needed to go see the Dr three times in a week. A couple of Vets said ‘you’ve spent enough money this week, how bout I charge you just for the prescription’. I have been treated so well here and I’ll never look for another vet again!
