(February 1, 2019, 5:33 pm)The Spirit of God was consistently present and that reassured me that I was visiting a good (God) church. My wife and I continued attending becoming aware that the Pastor was a praying man of faith with a father's heart. The praise and worship was quality and Spirit-filled, unusual for a small church. Although the congregation was mixed it seemed to be primarily educated professionals. The pastor has a good connection with the men and I could sense a good loving spirit. Pastor's wife also pastored with a good strong heart.
I believe their focus is to serve their community by reaching out in love, drawing the lost to God, teaching (discipling) them to be like Christ so that they also will live lives focused on God and others.
I call that "EXCELLENT".

(November 24, 2018, 1:54 am)This is the BEST church I have ever gone too - hands down. I have searched for TWO DECADES for a church that I can sincerely call home. I have been to some fine churches, but NONE that compares to this one. I am taking aback by Joseph Ringwald's review that this church is "awful to work with"? What does this mean? I would like to try to understand how a church that is so Spirit-filled does not "work" for an honest Christian seeking Jesus Christ? Is it because the Pastor is Nigerian, and there are black people, as well as other races, white in my case, in attendance? Hilltop Church is truly exceptional!! All I could ask, who read this review, is to come see for yourself over a month's time. If it is truly not for you, I, along with the other church members, wish you ONLY THE BEST in finding the right church home for you! For those that read this review, and know me personally, Beryl-Lynn Strong, know that my word is genuine. GOD BLESS!
