She got me a great rate and helped me through the process seeing as this was my first time ever getting insurance my self. So naturally I decided to use her again when I needed to buy car insurance. Again Lindsay far exceeded my expectations and took car of everything I needed. She was able to make the process quick and painless and got me a great rate. I will be using her and this State Farm for all of my insurance needs in the future! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone is helpful and very responsive and very knowledgeable about their products. They follow up on your concerns and resolve any difficulties you may have. Supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience!

(December 10, 2018, 9:28 pm)Lindsay is so wonderful! She contacted me about a quote many months ago, but at the time it wasn't the right fit for me. She took that in stride and kept frequent enough contact with me that I remembered who she was, but not so frequent that I ever felt bothered. She was genuinely trying to help. Well today I signed up for full coverage at $50 less than I was paying with Allstate, with more benefits! All thanks to Lindsay's very patient, honest service. She's really kind and funny. I'm really happy she kept contact with me. It means a lot!

She explained the terms and all the information so well that a 7 year old could have understood. She really made the life insurance experience smooth and easy for me. (December 3, 2018, 4:28 pm)Let’s take a minute and talk about Ivette Hernandez. She delivered outstanding customer service for me today through email. Which is a big preference of mine because u work during the day. My husband and I spoke with Ivette about a few changes a few months back regarding our renters insurance. She made the necessary fixes then but found out yesterday it was still not good enough for our apartments. I decided to include Ivette in a email including my apartment manager and she handled it. She was extremely prompted and quick with responses and fixed the issue. I’m still amazed how quick she was able to get things done. Ivette is now my go to person and I knew I made no mistake switching to this State Farm.
