The location is easy to get in and out. The facility is clean and professionally decorated. The television is an added bonus but the best thing was our ability to discuss various topics including the affects of Hurricane Harvey on our lives, families and community. “Dr. Michelle Lam is thorough and I've had the best cleaning experience there. Rather than the pic scraper, her little rotating tool cleans gently and even tickles. When we inquired about a service, she recommended us to wait so that our new insurance will cover the costs better. She was financially respectful and I was impressed that she even did the cleaning herself rather than delegate it to a tech. I didn't need to wait forever for an appointment either!”

“My kids went to the summer camp and loved it. My son is shy and didn't want to go at first but was welcomed by the staff. Ms. Richardson was able to find his strength and gave him the opportunity to be a group leader. At the end, he didn't want to leave and was excited about returning. My daughter absolutely loved the program. The facility is clean and well-kept. The program is organized and provides a structured setting. They even offer activities for adults. The staff is like family and provides individual attention. Our family loves this place!”

Dr. Wallace is very knowledgeable and takes necessary time with his patients. “Dr. Fiala is great. He his nice, professional and has an excellent bedside manner. He explained all options and also the problem and possible solutions. When I decided on surgery he went into detail of what the surgery would entail and what would be expected after and the healing process. He did excellent on the surgery and I am very happy with the entire experience. The staff are great and very warm and personable. Alice is extremely helpful and kind. I give an enthusiastic two thumbs up and my highest accolades to the entire staff at Louetta Foot and Ankle Specialists and would recommend them to anyone with foot or ankle issues.”

“I've never liked going to the dentist much, in the past I've always ended up with overly aggressive dentists. Something about multiple hands trying to poke, scratch, and even drown you all while blinding you even when your else are closed. That's not my idea of a good time. So I kept my distance, doing so my teeth suffered naturally... My wife however loves going to the dentist and had a visit with Dr. Swonke and said that he was like no one she ever went to before, he was real gentle and the office staff were super friendly and got her in and out. She also told me she made me an appointment. Finding out I had to go to the dentist, I wasnt thrilled even with how much my wife talked them up, after all what does she know she loves the dentist... So of course I give in and head to the office. The office is extremely nice when you walk in. There's s play area for the kids, so my daughter was immediately entertained. Well that's a good start im thinking. Amy behind the desk was extremely nice and helpful getting the paperwork taken care of in a blink of a eye and by the time I sit back down on the couch I got called to the bank. So far So good.. all the dental assistant are extremely nice, very talkative and genuinely interested in getting to know their patients. Even once in the chair they talk you through what they are going to be doing and distracting you with small talk while gently doing whatever needs to be done. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Swonkes tremendous staff. Dr. Swonke on the other hand, he has completely changed my mind on going to the dentist. I have now been going to him and his staff for almost 2 years. He is very kind and light handed when it comes to any areas that need extra attention. He is very polite as well as understanding to everyones different pain tolerance continually asking if you are okay. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to his profession. What went from being a ongoing nightmare for me has turned into a nice, rather relaxing, family friendly dentist that isn't afraid to go the extra mile to make sure you and your family leave with a big smile on your face showing those nice pearly white teeth you deserve. ????”

“So many great things about this office. Pam has been so helpful from the beginning with getting me scheduled for my wisdom teeth extractions to scheduling my follow up appts. Dr. Lalani was so knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. The lady whom I assume was the insurance specialist (unfortunately I can't recall her name) t was straight forward yet kind when explaining my coverage. If i need further work done they will definitely have myself and my family's business. It is rare to find a medical office that truly cares about their patients (and not just $).
