He took plenty of time to go over my condition and he told me I am in charge of my health and made a strong argument for me changing the way I eat. Dr Shah was excellent throughout the process, from the initial diagnosis, surgery consult, surgery, and recovery. But in fact, she is collectively listening ,noting and giving a patient her full attention. They are very knowledgeable and explain to you in details of what they are doing while working in your mouth. Everything they do to you is explained; they are quick to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. As a new patient here, my visit was very comfortable, relaxing, and a pleasurable visit. The relaxing videos on the monitor in the ceiling that they have for you to watch while they are working in your mouth made it quite easy for me to relax. My wife and I was very pleased with our dentist visit. Will continue to come to this office.”

“Dr. Agulair and all the staff in the office are extremely nice and go out of their way to help anyone. Dr. Agulair was a very nice woman with excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable and thorough. I was originally worried about my appointment because I did have a lot of trouble getting through to the office by phone. It is a newer facility and for some reason IT has not gotten the phone system worked out. I have had no trouble getting in touch with the office since my appointment and was given a patient portal access to all information and a messaging system that works both directions. Messages are responded to in a timely manner as well. If you are a new patient trying to get through via phone I recommend trying to call when they first open as this has been the only time of day that we were able to get through.”

“Be prepared to wait for a long time. But the wait is worth it. Dr. Allen always listens and discusses everything with me. I love that I can email the office with my concerns and schedule appointments online. One of her assistants is very kind and always makes me feel comfortable but the other one is the opposite. The front desk staff does get befuddled easily and has forgotten to check me in and left me sitting for an hour. Schedule appointments in the morning/early afternoon and you shouldn’t have a problem.”

“I have been working out at Crossfit Overtake for over a year. I had never done Crossfit before and was very far outside of my comfort zone. I literally signed up for this gym because it was close to my house and with my long commute I needed to shave off time anywhere I could. I can honestly say this experience has changed my life. When I started, my body was breaking down at 28 years young from desk work. I felt physically terrible every morning and it was affecting me mentally and emotionally. I am now in the best shape of my life at 30 years old and hope to continue building myself up in every way. I have built mental toughness and discipline that have changed the way I eat, sleep, work, and think. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I am very excited to see what I can become in the future. The staff at this gym are top notch and will do everything to help you grow. They have developed at culture among the staff and members that instills mental toughness and humility. This gym is tough and the coaches will not hold back if there is a teaching opportunity. You will get brutal honesty, and you will grow from it. The only people that should not come to this gym are those with big egos and those who can't own their mistakes. You can be weak in every way, but it you have the right attitude, everyone at this gym will help you become a better athlete and person.”
