The CrossFit gyms I've most enjoyed (including my home gym) have a few things in common: -Coaches who know their stuff, but don't beat you over the head with it. -A variety of skill levels, because it's an indicator that they have solid programming and can cater to athletes ranging from ultra-casual to elite. -Smiles. Everywhere. People are happy to be there and are having fun. -A truly welcoming atmosphere. This was my second year visiting CrossFit Redefined while home for the holidays and people kept introducing themselves and asking me about myself. They were lovely, but it's funny to me how those were the moments when remembered that I was a visitor. Otherwise, it just feels like my CF home away from CF home. ---- I dropped in for a few classes over the holiday and really enjoyed it. The coaches are knowledgeable, my classmates were welcoming and I could tell they are a solid community of athletes and friends. If I lived in the area, this would be my box. “I have been working with Steven Champagne at HuMotion for a week now on a nutrition plan that he put together for me. My eating habits before I met with him were good. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. she was very considerate of my comfort whiling taking pictures of my teeth. You can just feel the positive energy and that she enjoyed what she does! Dr. Danny came in and was so professional and kind. He really explained any doubt I had about my teeth. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice on taking care of my teeth.
