The house was a little dated and in need of some repairs. Jason met with us and told us exactly what repairs needed to be done and which ones did not. He also recommended what we should list the house for without repairs and how much we should list it for with the repairs. We determined a budget that we were comfortable with and decided to go ahead and make the needed repairs. He coordinated all the repairs including painting inside and outside, new carpet throughout, new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and much more.
