  So I decided to give Meineke Car Center a second chance I am glad I did. The new Ops Manager is great!! I came in right at closing and he was very kind and went ahead and serviced my car. They were great and gave me tips on servicing my vehicle. They have changed the place and seem to be improving a whole lot!!
  
  I must say I have never had any problems with any of the employees until Saturday!! The manager Thomas is a BIG JERK! He has no customer service skills, treats the customers with no respect and his employees with no respect! Both of the owners are great guys I have no issues with them and they have always serviced my vehicle. But if they do not get rid of that manager they are going to loose customers!! Thomas the manager was so disgustingly rude!
