During my recent visit to Sonic, I had a decent experience. I was disappointed to find out that they were out of the seasonal/limited item that I wanted to try. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did not have any other items to suggest, but I appreciated their courteousness nonetheless.
I ordered the BBQ chip seasoned tots instead and was pleasantly surprised. The tots were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, which made them delicious. The drive-thru was recently remodeled, which was a welcome upgrade, and it seemed to be handling traffic much better than before.
The payment process was simple and hassle-free, and the staff member who brought out my food was polite and efficient. Although my visit could have been better if they had the item I wanted in stock, I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my experience pleasant. Overall, I would recommend Sonic to others who are looking for fast food with a friendly staff and tasty menu options.
