He has an incredible staff who are very welcoming and efficient healthcare professionals. I'd highly recommend the entire team!

(February 7, 2023, 11:35 am)Everything about this office is professional. Dr Sukin is the best. Would never trust any urologist other than him. I love that my wife and I can both go see him. This review is actually for my wife that just had lithotripsy performed by Dr Sukin. The procedure went well and he came right out and talked with me in the waiting room and explained how it went. Great bedside manner! If I have to think of something that could have gone smoother is the....follow up appointment instructions. I'm sure we just missed the instructions when we were checking out of the hospital, but I think they made a follow up appt for us but we didn't know about it and it was for the middle of the day. My wife is a school teacher and can't leave in the middle of the day. We were also told to bring her follow up xray with her and that was the first we had heard about needing to do that. Long story short is that she went to get x ray done, but the office never faxed over the orders. So she still hasn't had the follow up xray or the follow up appointment that was supposed to happen a month ago. So the communications could be a little better after the procedure, but that doesn't affect our recommendation of Dr Sukin. He is fantastic and his staff is very professional and courteous. No sense in getting a second opinion. Just go straight to this guy!
(January 21, 2023, 12:21 pm)Dr Sukin has been my urologist I believe since he started in private practice. I have utmost confidence in him and know him to be an involved caring physician.
I do find some lacking in the ability to communicate with the practice both on the phone and through the website which I hope will improve soon. There was also a problem in making the corporate office understand a billing issue which I believe has been resolved.
