Best of the best! The staff at this facility show they care every single day. I could not be more pleased with the care they gave my dad. I recommend this nursing home to anyone.
My Dad loved here for the last year of his life. These people loved and cared for him like family.
This place is amazing. I've tried to post this review twice. But the facility is clean...welcoming and friendly. All the staff goes out of their way to make the patients feel dignity and loved. I don't know about the food because I bring my mom food throughout then day...but all the nurses and assistants are fabulous. Occupational and Physical therapy is great. My mom broke her hip and can't always get to her cell. I've called all hours of the night and though it takes longer to answer the staff eases my mind and are very helpful. My mom has been in 3 other rehabs over the past 4 years. This one is definitely 5 star. I researched a bunch before I chose this facility for her rehabilitation and so glad I picked the heights. I also have 2 small loud children. They feel welcome and when I'm worried about them being loud the staff always reassures me that this is like a home. So far I have been very pleased with services and therapy.
