Mike's a good guy, I like him a lot, quality lab. Only complaint is that the lab charges a $10 shipping fee for every pickup, so the fees rack up pretty fast if you are doing a hard denture case ground up, and the fee sticks even if you have the patient drop off the case. But overall the lab is friendly, competent, and the work very trusty and reliable.
Mike is always helpful with answering technical questions and giving me high quality work. Today Mike and his team went out of their way to finish my patient's case same day even though we had originally planned to get it back later. Mike was concerned that my patient would go without teeth over Mother's Day weekend. This was above and beyond. Thank you Mike and staff for being amazing! I recommend this lab to any office needs quality service delivered with heart-felt care.
