We took a 2011 Toyota Camry for pre purchase inspection and we were so impressed that we were compelled to provide this feedback. Did an excellent job and explained the condition of the car. Knowledgeable and they treated us really well. Willing to even talk to the seller to explain the issues found over phone. Gave us a detailed report and also explained the issues to the seller over phone. Saved us from buying a defective car with hidden issues... Reasonable price.

Nothing but great things to say about Tommy and the Ray Blackburn's team. My first visit to Ray Blackburn's was to change out an axle on my 2016 GMC 2500 due to a torn CV boot. Fast forward 4 months later and 15,000 miles I noticed the boot on the replaced axle has torn. I brought the truck back in and they replaced the axle with an Extreme Duty axle with a higher quality boot material. Within 24 hrs I was back on the road! I was hoping some discount in the repair considering the mileage and time that has gone by, but to my surprise they covered the entire repair. Being in sales myself and having to offer suburb customer service this goes a long way with me. Feels good to be on this side of great customer service for a change. I have found my home for auto repairs!

They received my ford fusion needing a new engine Monday. He was able to look at it Tuesday, get the parts Wednesday and had my car back Thursday. With a brand new engine. Within 24 hours leaving the check engine turned back on, Tommy told me to bring it on down to check it out. They figured out the other problem, are ordering the part and that will only take a few hours to fix once it comes in. I will not take my car anywhere else from now on. I CANNOT recommend Ray Blackburns Auto enough. They are AMAZING all around. They don’t beat around the bush, they don’t try to screw you over, they are fast, efficient, and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to Tommy and the rest of the staff at Ray Blackburns! You have helped me more than you know with the quick turn around and BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Took my Jeep to Ray Blackburn's yesterday for some A/C work and an alignment. First time using their service. Tommy was great, the price was awesome, and my Jeep is in much better shape than when I dropped it off. I hope I do not need any other repairs anytime soon, but if so, I will go back.

Great place they have taken care of all our vehicles. Great place always on point with estimates and never once tried to upscale us.
