(February 24, 2019, 6:55 am)I purchased the car that I wanted with no pressure to buy. Marvin Tejada, my salesman, was personable and patient. We test drove 3 vehicles before I made up my mind. In addition he walked the lot twice to be sure that I saw all choices. The buying process wasn’t the usual running back and forth with numbers. Every thing was to my satisfaction. This was in contrast to my experience 4 years ago. Fred Haas has really improved their customer experience focus.
(February 16, 2019, 6:31 pm)After a little bit of finagling, we finally came to an agreement on a price that they liked and that we could afford. And now we have a beautiful black Nissan Rogue. Although it's a used car it is in beautiful condition. And the person who finalized the sale was very cordial.
(February 10, 2019, 10:36 am)Came in here not really sure what I wanted to get but we had a gentleman Named Omar help us out. He knew what he was talking about and did a great job serving us. I have a friend that also bought a car from Mr Omar and said the same thing. I would definitely recommend talking to him if you have questions about what you want or if you want to see a friendly smile! The other staff members were very polite as well! Great service!

The staff is outstanding and the most professional and accommodating that I have ever dealt with. They knew we were driving 4 hours from Dallas to come look at a car and when we got there they were ready and waiting . Chris Jones And Nancy Delgado made sure we were taken care of in every way . We decided to buy the car we came to look at and were so pleased with the deal , we traded in my wife’s Lexus on the spot and bought a second car that day . We would like to compliment them for fair treatment , great prices , honest deals and doing exactly what they said they would do ! Their speed in the purchase process and professional service was dizzying . Trust them to take care of you too !!!
