(January 15, 2021, 2:35 pm)I've had several accounts, both personal and commercial, at other banks and none of them have ever achieved the level of customer service this location offers. Frost in general is a phenomenal banking institution. The convenience of their ATM locations is unparalleled. However, this location in particular is the most well managed and 'customer-first' I've ever experienced. The staff is extremely attentive and work to prove your time IS a priority for them. In fact, Frost should consider loaning Sean to Bank of America as a customer service consultant.
