I've been able to pay off more with less interest which is saving me money! Plus their customer service at this branch is top notch, they are always so helpful! The only thing I wish was different is that they had longer hours of operation and the 24 hour helpline wasn't an automated merry-go-round. “The regular service at this particular Chase bank is average, but the reason for my 5 star's is because of one of the personal bankers named Conrad. He is excellent, we moved from another bank to Chase and he took the time to make sure that we covered every detail so the transition would be flawless and it was. Super nice guy and knows his stuff!”
