This is a fantastic store that carries just about anything you could possibly need for a trip to the beach or the ski slopes. They stock all of the major brands and have an incredible selection to meet any possible need you could encounter in the outdoors. The store is packed full of product and you could easily spend an hour or more shopping the various departments. They have seasonal sales from time to time and this is where you can really find a bargain. Otherwise, the prices are exactly what is suggested from the manufacturer. These are top-of-the-line products, so expect top-of-the-line prices. The only reason I gave them four stars is because I was not greeted by a single employee, despite walking by three different people, while shopping for almost 45 minutes. There was plenty of conversation going on between them, but none with the customers. I am very self-sufficient and typically do not need assistance, but that is not the point. Customer service should be the focus.

This time of year (Black Friday) is always some good deals! Found New Balance 40% off and a yeti thermos for $16! ????

They were SO nice/amazing, Bryan and Sherri Jones let me in even though they were pretty much closed. On google it said they were open an hour later than the actual store closing time. Thank God they had sympathy for me and I was able to buy my hammock! They didn't make me feel rushed or like I was messing up their day. They smiled and chatted with me as I left with a smile!!!
That's what I call customer service at it's best!!
