  Customer service was excellent. I’d go back to this chain before going back to a single owned restaurant with bad customer service. I believe the customer service experience one receives really can make the food tastier or makes you lose your appetite.

  Great job: friendly hostess, very helpful server shared the ins and outs of the GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE, and DAIRY FREE menu options, variety of music playing in background was appropriate and the volume was set so that you can have easy conversation at your table, family friendly atmosphere, plenty of high chairs and booster seats, bathroom was clean and smelt like bleach and bubblegum, community minded Senior Night posted on window, relatively fast service without feeling rushed, the food (black coffee, gf pancakes, sugar free syrup, scrambled shell eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon) was hot, fluffy, and delicious!
  To be improved: one server made an audible comment about other serves not doing their jobs. Floors under the tables had crumbs and a crumpled napkin, hostess coughed without covering her mouth onto a booth just before seating guests, several booth seats are cracking and flaking.
  Overall I’d recommend it and come back for more.

  This location has great food, the pancakes are great and omelettes as well. Minus a star simply because this particular location is sometimes lacking in customer service and tends to nickel and dime you for everything.

  The staff was very courteous. The food was very good. The pancakes exceptional good. My wife's salad tasted old she stated. Other than that everything was good.

  I had many unpleasant experience at this place. However, last few visits were much better. It seems like it is better to visit this restaurant on weekdays not weekend. Waiters are friendly, but expect long delay to get refill for drink or coffee, some napkins or extra fork. Food is extremely delicious, fresh and tasty.
