Sometimes there's a wait, they don't have a lot of people working here but generally service is fast and efficient. Cars are parked a short walk away inside the Mall's garage.”

We had regularly rented a car from Enterprise on I-45 @ Cypresswood and had to wait at check in, were overcharged, and the drive there was super inconvenient. Budget was much closer, outstandingly efficient service, and better rates. We even had an issue with a missed detail at time of rental when we didn't catch a spot of gum left on the floor mat of passenger side floor, and we reported that when we returned the vehicle, fully expecting an argument and a fee for state of return, but were treated very professionally and we we charged nothing additional. Love this location and staff is beyond great! Highly recommend.”

“I bought a car here it hasn't been to bad to deal with them even though I don't trust them with money So I take my payment to them every month personally and get a receipt. There is this one salesmen person there that is the friendliest, happiest person to deal with when he talks to you he treats you with respect and friendship I would say: he will definitely tell you some things that will make you think about changing things in your life and letting go on the bad. Now the other people that work there like the main guys they are something else, but I probably would not buy another car from them to be honest. It is listed as a buy here pay here places and they are not the best to deal with but I had to add the time but I am almost done by the grace of God with payments with them. Will miss the salesperson that I was speaking of before but not anything or anyone else.”

“I had a great experience with this location. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would rent from this location again. They got everything ready for me as soon as they could. I had a 10-minute delay because they were trying to get the car filled up with gasoline and were unable to because their pump stopped working. I didn't mind the wait. The car was clean and the interior was spotless. I had rented for 3 days in all and they called me on the 2nd day just to check if everything was going well. In my book, that's going above and beyond; something that not a lot of rental places do. The staff was very courteous and polite. They didn't make me wait for too long. Offered to drop me off to my house since I was within their 5-mile radius.”
