“We had an employee pass away and his service was in Houston. Unfortunately we were unable to attend however we sent flowers to his family. Jose and his team were BEYOND AMAZING! My order was last minute and they got the job done and delivered within less than 2 hours!!!! I did place the order prior to the approval of all the managers and one of them was a bit unhappy with my choice however when I expressed to Jose our issue, he assured me we would love it or we could cancel the order. Sure enough he kept his word and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! We were all very satisfied and I was BEYOND impressed with the level of customer service I received. I can't express how easy they made this process and made sure we were completely satisfied. “I found It’s Just for You Flower Delivery on my google maps in a frantic search for a same day arrangement. I was literally running around on Saturday afternoon going crazy trying to get everything for my daughter to attend a homecoming at the last minute. There were other florist I did call prior to this one but they were unavailable or closed on Saturday or charged extra for last minute/same day request. With only 2 hours before the dance, I called It’s Just for You and Cheryl, the owner. She was out making deliveries but told me to check the boutonnière off my list because she would take care of it. Could it be true? Absolutely! She came through and had it ready earlier than I expected. All she required was our preferences and assured us it would be beautiful. She did not disappoint! She not only had a quick turn around time, great communication skills, good quality of the flowers but most importantly, the customer service was beyond outstanding! I had a great experience and the flowers were beautiful! I am really thankful and definitely will use her again. I highly recommend her and promise you'll be satisfied.
