The only con was how long it took, even though I had an appointment. What I thought would be 1 hr took almost 3hrs. Just lots of waiting time between everything... “I have used Dr. Han for over 10 years. He is an excellent primary care Doctor. I have read reviews about the office staff. They are not the best office staff by any means but Dr. Han is worth putting up with them. They tend to visit among themselves in front of customers. They get the job done although not very enthusiastically which is the reason for 4 stars, but I get in to see a great Doctor that truly helps me. Dr. Han gets 5 stars. His nurses are always good too. He is thorough, doesn’t rush and is very caring. Maybe one day the staff will measure up to Dr. Han and the other good doctors at this clinic.”

When I first walked in she had a huge smile. She had such a gentle touch taking my vitals. Checked on me and got everything I needed. Those are the type of people you need working in a business like this, because the nurse Renee was very rude, no bed side manners, very sarcastic.”
