“Had problems with a nieghboor last night. The officers responded fast and we're professional. 4 stars because I did not like how the dispatch handled it. It was kind of a hard situation to explain and I fully understand the way they handled it. What really impressed me is when I called back the day after and the dispatch supervisor said they would review it. He did in a timely manner and even called me back to answer questions. Still don't see eye on a few details, but I understand and respect their opinion.”

“This place had renovated since last year hurricane Harvey and everything is new & clean. Come here to go for court duties and pay traffic tickets. DMV is no longer here for Tag, Registration, Plate and Title. Parking space is big enough for everyone. Good thing is this place is not in a bad traffic location. The front of the building is County Clerk and behind the building is Sheriff, Constable, Court and DA are located. This place get busy line in the morning before 8AM sometimes. Everyone will help if you asking them. There signs around to read if you didn’t see anyone. The clerks were helpful and friendly.”

I asked for a courtesy officer to come to the stop on the morning. Two days later I hear an officer over the loud speaker talking to the kids about the issue I was having. “I always see the JV police patrolling the area, especially my neighborhood and cul de sac all throughout the day, night, and early AM, so I know they work hard to keep this area as safe as they can. I had an emergency at 4am when my toddler had a seizure and I called 911. Wow....they showed up along with the first responders to the house super quick! I’m talking about less than 2 minutes. Everyone was extremely caring to the situation. A policeman escorted the ambulance while I followed behind to the nearest hospital and even stopped traffic so that we could get through. We parted ways right there and everything was okay afterwards. I am so grateful for everyone that had a part in helping that early morning. Thank you so much for everything!”

Everything was so orderly I didn't have any questions, everything was sent promptly via email for the instructions about the race and everyone was so nice. I got to run with a lot of great people they had service dogs and the bomb squad showing people the bomb robots it was really nice if HC ever conducts anything to do with police officers or veterans I will always be available to give my support. “The car I was driving died at Bunker Hill and Taylorcrest, at 4:00pm - the worst possible time. Two officers, Blair and Michael (so sorry I don’t remember their last names), came to my rescue. They were awesome - immediately took care of the awful traffic jam I inadvertently caused, helped me get the car to safety and stayed with me until help arrived. They really were gracious and wonderful. I felt very safe and protected and cannot thank them enough for making sure every possible outcome was a positive one. Thank you guys!!!!!!!”
