“We went there to renew passports. I am going to have to offer a different opinion regarding the gentleman who processes the passports. I can see how he could be perceived as abrupt because he is all business and there is no small talk. However, we thought he was very professional and focused on his job. He only has 15 minutes for each application, and he gets it done. You can tell he expects you to be prepared and ready for the passport renewal process. I suspect if you don't follow directions and come very unprepared, he would probably seem rude. I'm not implying that is what happened to those who have left him a negative review - I am just saying that I could definitely see him appearing frustrated if that were the case. We would not hesitate to go there again. He was very helpful and efficient.”

“I never thought I would review a post office but I am. I was scared to come here because of the 75 bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I hate that I didn’t catch any names but I’m sure if a manger wants to give credit they can just look up the employee schedule. I came by today 11/14 around 3:45pm and the lady at the register was super nice, efficient, and funny. I really liked my experience here there was a huge line and I was already dreading it but it went by fast! The employees I interacted with were super nice, I highly recommend!”
