“We called Vince and Eloisa from Home Team Roofing for an estimate on our house. They informed us that we should file a claim with our insurance company due to the amount of wind and hail damage. We filed the claim and they assured us that they would be there for us every step of the way and they were. We had two claims adjusters come to the house on two separate occasions and Vince and Eloisa were at our house both times meeting with the adjuster. The first adjuster was 2 hours late but they still waited. When the claim was approved Eloisa walked us through the paperwork and explained everything to us. Eloisa helped us get everything we wanted in a new roof. We were able to get the top of the line shingles, ventilation, mold resistance and more. When installation day came, Vince and his team were fast, efficient and clean. The roof was beautifully installed, the yard picked up and everything was taken care of. I cannot recommend Vince and Eloisa enough. Their professionalism and quality of work is top notch. They were always available through phone or text, answering questions or concerns. We loved working with them and highly recommend them.”

We told our neighbors and friends if they ever need a new roof, use these guys because they are so professional and Josh was very well versed in the insurance claim process and made it a breeze working with them. “Bought full new house gutters from Raintite in 2005, after estimate and agreement, they were out and finished within 2 weeks. They returned to make repairs after Ike, in 2008. We had to wait patiently after Ike of course, but work was completed well. Yesterday 8am "someone" backed into a downspout, crushing it. Thomas Mularski, the owner, called me back within 15 minutes of my message. Thomas showed up today at 12.45pm, and made a replacement/repair plus an additional needed repair. Fast, excellent, professional. Gutters aren't something that you would see as a repeat business, but Raintite gets better every year!”

“My husband and I have never dealt with a contractor as easy and professional as Strata Roofing. I had personal contact information for just about everyone dealing with our case. Our first interaction was with Rio, and he spent time with both my husband and I explaining everything, from A to Z, and did not rush or try to sell us more. He was straight forward, told us what we needed and did not need. He was available at all times, even the weekends. It was a 3 day project(roof and gutter replacement) and each day we had a supervisor(Frank) on site making sure the crew was cleaning and spoke with our neighbors, let them know that they would be replacing our roof and apologized for the noise. Frank would get here before the crew started(6:45am) and would leave after they finished for the night. Any questions I had I would take them to him, he had answers and suggestions for everything, even things that didn’t have to do with our roof, he was great! The first day, all the superior people of the company came and made sure all the material arrived and the crew had everything they needed. I was amazed at how much work went into getting this project done, including an 18 wheeler delivering our material. It was a big project and they made everything seem so easy. We love our new roof and gutters and are so thankful we picked Strata as our contractor. They’ve now become life long contacts. Thank you guys so much!”
