Belterra Springs

I absolutely LOVE my apartment! It is one of the nicest places I've ever lived, and I am really excited about all the development in Belterra Village nearby! (C'mon HEB!)

The office staff has been nothing but totally professional, caring, and available for any of my questions &/or emails. I had an issue with my hot water, and they solved it immediately.

I love living at Belterra Springs Apartments. One of my favorite amenities here is the valet trash pick up, sounds like a small thing, but I really like it. There is a dog park, covered parking, a garage if you want, and a very well kept clubhouse and movie theatre! The pool is always sparkling, always clean, and there are two huge grills if you want to bbq. I really like the fact the complex is small and there are bike and bike trails adjacent to the apartments. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful with any problem no matter how trivial it seems. The maintenance guys are friendly and attentive. They handle even the worst of problems with a smile! If you’re looking for a new home you should consider Belterra Springs, just west of weird at the gateway to the hill country.
