This is a fun spot to bring a date, a family, or small group of friends on a weekend day. The Beer selection changes daily but you can always be guaranteed a good selection of styles will be available. They also have a great pizza place on site. Be prepared to wait in line for a while to get your beer. Everyone tends to linger at the bar with questions and general beer related discussions with the tenders. Also if you order pizza be prepared to wait longer than you may want to get it, the wait is worth it though. While waiting for that pizza you can check out the extensive grounds and tour the brewery. They have large fields for families to play, plenty of people around kicking balls or tossing frisbees. There is also a very large beer hall and plenty of picnic tables scattered throughout the complex. They often have live music playing as well, which is always a plus! If you are looking to have a Spring outdoor outing, or you have folks in from another town, this is a good place to give them a feel for Texas country life, especially if your friends are beer aficionados.
What a wonderful experience. As someone in the business of beer, I was impressed. Great location, loved the beer, wonderful facility, great smells and it is for sure a destination location. What made it special? The staff was super friendly with this old man from out of town visiting. I love this brewery.
This place is amazing! Food is delicious. Grounds are beautiful. Beer is top notch. The baby goats are ADORABLE!!! Plus if their manager gets any sweeter, I may try and marry the guy. 10/10 would recommend!
A great location to meet friends. Good food (including plant based), a wide selection of good beers, and good seating. Book at least a week in advance of a sunny weekend to get the best time and spot. We sat in the beer garden and thoroughly enjoyed the live music on offer and lively atmosphere! The staff were very busy but the wait for food and drink wasn't too long and the staff were all still super friendly after presumably hours running around on their feet (and not much opportunity to tip!)
2020 Pandemic update: This brewery is amazing. They have spaced out all the tables, but ***you do need to log in for a reservation.*** It's all outdoor and they're phenomenal with social distancing.
For us ladies: they have free, high-quality tampons available in the bathrooms, too! I cannot recommend this place enough!!
We came here for my sister's birthday and they were beyond any of our expectations. The staff pointed us in the direction of the tour immediately and helped us choose which beers to start with. Their garlic knots are amazing, too!!! My sister and I give this brewery 100% 5 star!!!
