Recently, Dan Malin responded quickly when we saw that we had a small leak after very heavy rains here in Austin. Our roof, installed by Dan’s company, is 7 years old and one of the screws had come lose on a vent. He came out the same day and fixed it at no charge, which we really appreciated since more heavy rain was on its way. When the rain hit today, no more leak!
