All of my three girls are currently receiving treatment at SmileCrew Orthodontist and I am extremely satisfied with their care. The whole staff is super nice and caring. They make you feel so welcome, my daughters actually enjoy their visits and their smiles are improving tremendously. Best Orthodontist office in Buda.

The staff was extremely professional and polite. It is so refreshing that they actually told me to let time pass as my condition should resolve itself and that braces really weren't needed. So many others would have immediately started on the hard sell. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

An orthodontist office that delivers, better than my expectations. From courteous and informative first call to braces install and after care. Smile Crew Deserves 5 plus stars. I began by calling around to get estimated quotes. It was explained that each person Is different and it varies. However I was still given a low to high end estimate. Other orthodontics offices could not give a simple estimate from low to high. I felt this was extremely helpful in making our decision on who to send my 14 year old to.for braces. Upon scheduling an appointment, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. They had completed my son's scans within the first 20 minutes, it was actually much sooner. We were called back to discuss the details and plan for braces. And to our surprise we were offered very affordable financing with zero interest. We were then again surprised when we were told, my son would be getting the braces the same day. Within an hour later the braces were on, and everyone we interacted with surprised us with extremely kind service. The technician who installed the braces took less than 45 minutes and seemed to have years of experience although she admitted she had been in the dental profession before but just started at Smile Crew last summer. I was a little shocked, simply because she was that good and it all went so well. Afterwards I was able to resign all the documents from home, since I noticed my address was incorrect. Understandable since the street has been recently named and not common terminology. Even in the correspondence, The admins were very respectful and friendly. It was so easy... If your looking for a great orthodontist office, look no further. I called all the offices in Buda, Texas and was disappointed as only SmileCrew addressed all of my initial questions and concerns; where all the other nearby orthodontist simply failed. Three days later we returned as my son thought he lost a band, turned out he didn't. Neverthe less we were seen within 15 minutes... to me it felt almost immediately and again treated with a consistency of kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. After the fact SmileCrew has by far exceeded all of my expectations and I am so happy we chose to go with them. Thank you, Smile Crew. Y'all are the best! Sean S. Ayala

The staff here are so friendly, loving and caring. Whenever I go into Buda orthodontist everyone is always smiling. They remember your name and it's always a pleasant conversation with anyone you speak to in the office.

My son and I love it here. The staff is always friendly and kind. Super clean facility and the doc is awesome, very informative and thoughful. We look forward to our journey here to perfect smile 😁
