They stopped what they were doing and helped me choose the right colors and design for a duffle bag I was wanting embroidered. I told them that my wife normally handles all the design stuff and I just do it for her, haha. They took the time and matched the perfect color combinations and letter font for my item and it came out better than I expected! I will be using them for future projects! Great Job guys!!!
