Beautifully Reimagined @ The Little House on Main

Very friendly and efficient service with great follow up. Truck was clean and spacious and and good instruction as to the management/ maintenance occurred before the rental. I previously used a better known company and after feedback from friends And due to suboptimal customer service with that other company I left that company and have never looked back!

Selina has personally called me to answer a question I emailed regarding my online order (well after business hours so she could get my order shipped quickly). I order from Arkansas - her customer service is THAT good! She’s also answered Fusion questions personally (again after hours) when I was unclear about an application as I’m pretty new! Her packaging is top notch and super FAST! Listens, pays close attention, and has a professional willingness to help clients succeed!

We had a great experience renting a truck for a cross-country move at this location! The employee that we interacted with on 12/18 and 12/19 was very helpful and had a truck ready for us! He reviewed the things we needed to know to drive the truck. He even agreed to let us come back the next day to pick up our car carrier (since having it attached would make the truck more difficult to load with our belongings).

He seemed to really care about the people renting trucks and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. Moving is a stressful process already - it was nice to have such a positive experience renting our truck. My only regret is that I didn't ask for his name!

Thia is the only store I order my paint and brushes from. She ships fast and when I need help I know I can reach out to her via FB.
