  Stacy and Derek were outstanding in two home purchases and one sale. They are extremely knowledgeable in the market and area. They put my needs and requirements first. They also made themselves available to work around my hectic schedule. Broadhead will always be my first choice in Real Estate.

  Very professional and knowledgeable company to work with! Just a great experience considering that I was out of town (and even out of the country) through most of the process. Always had my best interest in mind and kept me informed every step of the way. Couldn't ask for a better team!

  My favorite part of working with Stacy is her attentiveness. Recently buying a home in south Austin, Stacy became my home-buying Sherpa. I had plenty of questions leading up to the closing, but Stacy not only knows her material, she was readily available and flexible to fit my schedule. She tactfully helped me negotiate with the seller to send the listing price down considerably. She saved me a lot of money and a lot of worry holding my hand the whole way through.

  Hard working realtors are extremely hard to find and that's what we found when we found Stacy McFarland. We had our house on the market for over 6 months with another realtor and showed it 3 times and heard from him once. When we put it on the market with Stacy, she went over and beyond working with us daily on making changes to our home that would appeal more to buyers. She put our house on multiple websites, sent flyers, typed an amenities list, etc. She worked with us daily to get it out there for people to see. In 2 weeks, we had over 12 people look at our home and our house sold almost immediately. She also sold it for what we were asking, which I couldn't believe in this economy. She stayed on top of the inspections, the title company, and the buyers to make sure everything was being taken care of. I was so impressed. Stacy was very professional, trustworthy, and honest with us. I would use her again for any selling or buying of a home and have told all of my friends and family about Stacy.
