Studio 1

I have been doing privates with Crystal for a few weeks now and I am loving it. Crystal is so knowledgeable and encouraging. I am definitely sticking with it and I highly recommend this studio to anyone.

I've taken Pilates classes through the YMCA, at physical therapy offices & other studios, but Studio 1 is the best by far. Crystal's depth of knowledge & experience & her ability to modify exercises to accommodate for and address injuries & posture issues are superb! I've been a client for more than 10 years. It has changed my life!

Furthermore, a shout out to Frank Fisher for his attention to detail. His helpful cues keep me doing the excercises in perfect form and getting the most benefit from our workouts. Also, he's a terrific TRX teacher!
