“My windshield was hit by a rock from a gravel truck, and the chip spread into a crack that spanned half of the windshield. I had scheduled a windshield replacement through my insurance via Safelite Auto Glass and was told that the cost would be more than my $500 deductible, which would therefore put my out of pocket cost at $500, and their earliest available appointment was 2 weeks out. After a short Google search, I found Big Texan Windshield, and because they were rated slightly higher than most of the other companies at the top of the search, I texted the number listed on their Facebook page to get a quote. I got a response in literally less than 5 minutes, and I was quoted a little more than half of what it was going to cost me through my insurance.They told me they could come to my house at 8am the next morning, and they arrived promptly at 8am. The technicians were courteous and fast, and they had the replacement done in less than 30 minutes and followed it with a few post-replacement instructions/recommendations. I highly recommend Big Texan for any auto glass repair jobs!”
