We had a great time, we'll be back soon. Great getaway close by. The tent cabin was awesome! The staff was amazing! Pool and biergarten was nice! And, having Bell Springs winery next door was a win win! Thanks to everyone at Lucky Arrow!
Awesome property with great options for families and. Non-families alike. Wonderful service. One of the guys who is part of the ownership group (who was there but not working) went out of his way to make my gal more comfortable and I thought that was very cool and sweet. We just got a pool pass from Resort Pass but regardless, it was great experience. There’s two separate pool separating families and kids and adults… it’s very budget friendly and I would imagine we will be back again for swimming or possibly with friends for a group weekend.
My husband stayed a singular night at Lucky Arrows on our road trip through Texas in 2021, and I can't recommend this place enough. We will definitely return to see all of the updates. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and cruising the property on a golf cart. Showers and bathrooms are shared, but there are also guest houses. We stayed in the Jeff Jeffries, Yurt. Each yurt is themed according to a country artists. The yurt was adorable and included ice, a yeti cooler, A/C, smores kit to enjoy by a shared fire pit area, bottled Texas rain water. The yurt left out no detail. The ceiling of the yurt had a translucent, see-through top, allowing a great view of the stars. There is not much light around, and the night sky views are amazing. Each yurt has a deck, and we even saw an armadillo crawling underneath.
First off, I absolutely would come back. This was so much better than getting a hotel. The cabin I had was so lovely, and I loved the pool area. There are the usual amenities you would find in a nice hotel or inn. Don't miss out on the lookout first thing in the morning for pictures. The winery next door had options for both beer and wine. A few things to note, if you are staying in the cabins closer to the gate, you will need to drive to the pool if it's hot out, my shower head was missing (could still take a shower), and get groceries for the fridge. The nearby restaurant options are limited.
Wow! Stayed in a safari tent—which ended up definitely being the most advanced "tent" I've ever stayed in. The roof is canvas, but it's got walls, air conditioning, and an awesome claw-foot bathtub. Fun feel of "camping", but with all the amenities. And let me tell you about the pools (yes, two) on site, they were awesome! Made the hot days feel downright cool. Will be back again for sure.
