Impeccable work and customer service. Shane knows his stuff and went above and beyond in servicing three of my bikes. I thought I needed full tune-ups but he determined that I didn’t. I was traveling for work and we didn’t have a truck at the time to pick them up and he dropped them off at my house on his way home! For as long as we are in Austin, Canyon Cycles will be my go-to for anything bike related!
Great little bike store. I shopped around for a trek rail 9.8xt and was glad to find Shane. He beat the price of all the Austin stores even when factoring in the city rebate for new ebikes. It was a pleasure to work with Shane when placing the order and waiting on shipment. He kept me in the loop and overall I would recommend Canyon bikes for service or purchase. Great little store. Great staff.
New to area and stumbled across this shop. It is one of the best experiences I've had keeping my bike rolling. This is the place to go, PERIOD!
Shane is the best! He absolutely went out of his way to help get my son's bike in shape so that he could "get out there and have fun!" He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I'm so impressed and grateful that his level of service still exists
Best experience at a bike repair shop ever! I dropped by a couple years ago when I had a flat riding a trail around there. The owner Shane impressed me so much during that visit that I now drive 20 miles out of my way to have my wheels and tires serviced. I'm sure they are great at everything else but my bike has needed precious little so far. The hospitality, attitude, and knowledge evident in Canyon Cycles is far beyond impressive and Shane seems like an honestly good human being and incredible ambassador to the pure joy that is mountain biking.
