Garrett just sold our waterfront house on Lake LBJ. He is not one of those “stick a sign in the front, put on MLS and see what happens” kind of Realtor. He is hyper proactive. First, he paid for a staging consultant who toured our recently remodeled and tastefully decorated house and presented us with an eight page declutter list! That done, he paid for a professional photographer who along with his drone developed a splendid video that then hit Garrett’s extensive national network to reach anyone who might be interested. Results were a cash contract in seven days at top dollar. Throughout it all he was merely a phonecall/text away and more likely to call me then me him. He’s a state of the art, master marketeer.

We have known Garrett Beem for several years on a personal level. But, never had the chance to work with him on a business level until he recently sold our Dripping Springs home for us. From the very beginning he was professional, prepared, and provided us with a detailed timeline and marketing plan for our home. He worked with a great photographer to showcase our home’s best features and his marketing campaign was professional and impactful. He didn’t pass us off to another agent or transaction group after we accepted an offer. Instead, he was involved in every step from explaining each form/signature, correspondence, inspection, etc. and was present at our final signing. We could tell he has a passion for helping people realize their real estate goals and would absolutely recommend him to other friends and family in the area.

What can I say about Garrett Beem, he is a hard working, honest guy and will get the job done. Not only does he get the job done he does it with his clients in mind. We were out looking for our new home in another state and an issue came up with the Septic on our home, Garrett was there the whole process taking care of it for us while we got to focus on finding our other home. He kept us updated the entire step of the way and he was very understanding of how stressful the situation was and was helpful to relieve the stress. If I was purchasing again in the area I would use Garrett again.

Garrett was very easy to work with throughout the whole simultaneous process of selling our old house and buying our new home. He gave us straightforward advise, and he was responsive and genuinely happy to discuss all of our questions and ideas. Garrett acted quickly to help get us out of our old house and into our new house as soon as possible. And he communicated everything every step of the way. It truly felt like we were partners with Garrett, working together to get where my husband and I wanted to be (both in terms of finances as well as where we call home).
