The employees at Tank Depot were so helpful, and I'm so thankful for their expertise! I wanted to install a rainwater collection system on my property and walked in not really knowing what I was doing. I thought I'd at least buy the tanks and figure out the rest on YouTube. But the woman working there (I'm sorry I'm terrible at remember names) walked me through the entire installation process and explained all the equipment I needed and its function in the system. By the time I walked out, I had everything I needed and and entire plan of action. And then I installed it all exactly as she explained, and my rainwater collection system works perfectly! No YouTube needed!

Tank Depot of Austin Rocks. Our family has a ranch we are developing over the past several years so new to much of the infrastructure side of things and still learning from our mistakes. We have a well and a couple of tanks we did not buy from the Tank Depot and have had issues from day 1 with freezing, design, efficiency, etc. I went to Tank Depot as I am next to build our new house on the ranch and needed a tank and all the fixins to get it installed and up and running. I learned more in an hour about tanks and well water design than I have in 7 years of trial and error. We worked with Crystal at the Austin location and she is a rock star. She is knowledgeable, articulate, thorough, and no BS straight to the point problem solving. Everyone in the office was awesome too (Adrian) and overall was an amazing experience. I will not go anywhere else ever for all my tank and water needs. It pays to deal with a company that specializes in what you need vs a big box store. Well done Tank Depot!!!
