Hays County Precinct 4

I haven’t lived in Dripping Springs very long but I am so thankful for the officer’s attentiveness, kindness, in looking out for our community. I have the upmost respect for all the deputy’s they do there job 💯!! I am blessed to live in such a beautiful place that is so genuine.

i was pulled over because i got caught in the dark with blown headlight bulbs. it was an unfortunate situation due to my idiocy and the recent transition to daylight savings. i had to use my emergency blinkers to be visible, but visibility of the road was a problem... officer pulled me over, allowed me to explain my situation, and offered to escort me to the nearest auto shop to buy and install new bulbs. i think in most situations, i would've been punished with a ticket or worse. but in this case the officer actually helped. much thanks officer. i'm very grateful for your service

Hays county Sheriffs office kudos!!
Lived in Wimberley for 15 yrs. My job keeps me traveling allot w./ odd hours. .I am a professional musician working 'til 2am in most towns including Austin & rarely get home before 4. Got stopped tonight @ south river in Wimberley around 2:45am after playing in San Marcos ....the Sheriff was thorough but courteous ...checked my record, properly warned me and sent me on...My thanks to the officers who do what they can to keep Hays County as safe as possible.
