American Water - Dripping Springs

We just had Cullen McKinney from American Water out to do a carbon recharge on our water softener and change out the RO filters. Cullen was super nice and answered all of our dumb questions in detail. American Water should definitely give him a raise. It has been 4 years since we got the systems installed and it has been a great experience. We really love the mechanical nature of the Kinetico system - no worries about power surges or failed controller boards. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for your water needs.

We had a fantastic experience with American Water. Starting with Jason Hamilton who was our sales rep! He came out to our home for our consultation in the late afternoon traffic to accommodate our schedule. He was very knowledgeable on the products answering our MANY questions and very friendly during the whole appointment, even though it ran late, and we confirmed we would not be ready to purchase for a few months. He put not pressure on us to buy at all and ensured sure when we were ready, we'd would be getting the best product for our home.

We decided about 6 weeks later that we wanted to move forward and called Jason. At that time, he reviewed our initial offer and was able to upgrade us to an even better system (that wasn't available during our initial consultation) AND was able to get it for us for $400 cheaper by reviewing the current deals they were running. AMAZING customer service!

We got our water softener installed the following week with representative Frank. Frank did a fantastic job! He kept me informed through the whole process, also double checking our water was hooked up correctly as well in every room. He thoroughly explained how the product worked, noted problems to watch out for, and how to operate the water softener if any issues should arrive. He was very professional and friendly through the whole installation.

I am extremely impressed with this company, not only with the quality of their products, but with the exceptional customer service from beginning to end!

We have a Kinetico system which was already installed in the house when we bought it, and we're very pleased with it. It was 6 years old when we moved in (about three years ago), and has only required routine maintenance since. It does an excellent job of treating the water, and the service from American Water is first-rate. They are friendly, prompt, and professional, and their prices are reasonable.
