We love Dr Moore! She’s taken such good care of our two small dachshunds over the last few years. Her prices are fair and she’s such a calm presence for the nervous pups. Plus the office is clean and tidy - always. We’re patients for life.

Lone Star Animal Hospital was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful they did. Everyone is extremely kind and caring of all of our pets as well as us personally. We had to do the hardest thing with a beloved pet and put him down. I really felt that day that they cared about our cat and understood our feelings. Dr. Moore was there for us the whole way. We still have three fur babies and will continue to use Lone Star Animal Hospital for all our future needs.

I have had my new kitten here twice last week (once for booster shots and neutering) and once for a follow-up which was perfect timing because my kitten had gotten into my dogs medication and got extremely ill. Dr. Moore and her staff took him in and hydrated him, watched him for the day and I was able to take him home that night with food for a recovering kitten, antibiotics and follow-up calls checking on him continually. They were so very good at caring for my new kitten! Then 2 days later my 12 year old wippet became extremely sick and I thought he was having a stroke - long story short, they immediately met me in the parking lot with a stretcher and took him for the day, hydrating him and watching him. We expected as a family, that we were going to have to put him down. We were informed that he was back up and doing quite well - we couldn't believe it! Dr. Moore went above and beyond to make sure we didn't make any unnecessary decisions without knowing for sure what was wrong with him! It was a condition dogs sometimes get when their older and it very much acts like a stroke. At any rate, I couldn't give a high enough praise for such a wonderful group as this group! Dr. Moore you and your crew are AWESOME!!! My pets will go nowhere else! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Moore and her staff. Our geriatric kitty became seriously ill while we were away on a short vacation. Dr. Moore and her staff took fantastic care of our kitty, starting immediate care and calling us several times throughout the day with updates. Because Dr. Moore and her staff take the time to get to know you and your pet, they knew what treatments we were OK with her starting until they could get in touch with us about further treatment options. After we took our kitty home that day, Dr. Moore and her staff followed up with us almost daily to see how our kitty was doing. Thanks to Dr. Moore and her compassionate staff, our kitty is still with us. Thanks Dr. Moore & staff!

By far the best animal hospital available! The staff is all super knowledgeable and caring. I felt so comfortable taking my dog here, and Dr. Moore is AMAZING! I had an issue with a friends dog I was caring for while she was out of town. Long story short, she needed medical attention and the staff here bent over backwards to accommodate me and my situation. I’ll never take a pet anywhere else, that’s for sure!
